We want you to love everything you get from Stars and Cents. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Standard Return Policy — 30 Days
All Stars and Cents products including regular candles, wax melts, and handcrafted soaps are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Silver Coin Candles — All Sales Final
Silver Coin Candles are not eligible for return or exchange. Every Silver Coin Candle contains a genuine piece of U.S. silver currency, and the coin, the scent, and the experience are all part of what makes each candle unique. Because every candle is one of a kind and the silver inside carries real monetary value, we are unable to accept returns on this product under any circumstances.
If your Silver Coin Candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
