Stars and Cents Shipping Policy

We appreciate every order and do our best to get your Stars and Cents products packed and on their way as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or high volume periods processing may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delays promptly.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We ship using the most affordable carrier available for each order including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times after shipment are typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Stars and Cents is not responsible for carrier delays, weather related delays, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations around your home. If the package cannot be located contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation with the carrier.
We Currently Ship to:
The contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We hope to expand shipping options as we grow.
