Welcome to Stars and Cents. By visiting our website and purchasing from our store you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By accessing or using the Stars and Cents website and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and agree to these terms, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our site.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, household, or order at our discretion. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to accurately display our products including colors, scents, and contents, however we cannot guarantee that your screen display will be perfectly accurate.

Silver Coin Candles specifically — the coin contained in each Silver Coin Candle is a genuine piece of U.S. silver currency. The specific coin varies per candle and is assigned randomly. Coin melt values listed on our site are estimates based on current silver spot prices and are subject to change. Stars and Cents makes no guarantee of any specific coin type or value. 3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Stars and Cents reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that price and notify you promptly.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Stars and Cents is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference. All standard products carry a 30 day return window. Silver Coin Candles are all sales final. See our Return Policy for complete details.

7. Candle Safety

By purchasing any candle from Stars and Cents you agree to follow all candle safety guidelines including but not limited to never leaving a burning candle unattended, keeping candles away from children and pets, burning on a stable heat resistant surface, and never reaching into a lit or burning candle. Stars and Cents is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Stars and Cents website including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and blog posts is the property of Stars and Cents and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stars and Cents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
